Pre-Grand Opening at ZILLAHLAKES

Zillah Prairie LLC and Nob Hill Realty today announced a pre-grand opening of the Zillah Lakes Planned Community in Zillah this Saturday & Sunday. The event, which will take place primarily along Lake Kachess Court (first lake peninsula) is targeted for the curious public, real estate professionals, wineries, and tourists. Delights will include barbecue steak sandwich lunches, beverages and free concert tickets at The Seasons Performance Hall in Yakima for all who attend.

Completed and furnished models of several of the homes will be available to tour. Additionally, community & home landscaping and Phase I community walking paths will be finished. There will also be announcements regarding the planned golf course and other recent developments, a listing of available lots/homes, and golf-cart tours of the first phase of the planned community.
Zillah homes are targeted for families of all sizes, but should appeal especially to downsizers, retirees and 2nd home buyers who would like a place in Wine Country. Homes typically feature indoor-out open floorplans, surprisingly affordable luxury appointments, and sweeping views of the lake or golf course.

 

 

In addition to some finished homes for sale, some lots on the lake and several on the golf course will be available for immediate reservation for interested buyers who would like to reserve at “sneak preview” prices and build homes later to their specification. A larger GRAND OPENING is planned for late September.

The long awaited development, which will nearly double the size of Zillah, has recently cleared several hurdles that were holding up some aspects of construction. Now, the developers — Zillah Prairie LLC — are moving full speed ahead to bring to completion the first 80 lots of the 650 lot community which will feature a mix of homes, townhomes and neighborhood commercial, grouped around a man-made lake (like Lake Aspen) and ringed by a world-class 9-hole golf course.

Several pre-sold homes are already built, some additional lots are reserved, and United Builders, the preferred builder in development, is readying permits for the construction of another dozen pre-sold townhomes.
